By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sandy Knots bracelets are handmade to order. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Size exchanges are not guaranteed, but you may contact us within 2 days of delivery if there is a sizing issue. Please include your order number and a clear description. We will assess each case individually and may offer assistance at our discretion.

Care Instructions

Sandy Knots bracelets are treated with a light water-resistant coating. However, prolonged exposure to water and chemicals can cause damage.

• Avoid wearing your bracelet in pools, hot tubs, or showers — chlorine, soaps, and other substances can degrade the coating and materials.

• Extended time in the ocean may also lead to wear. Occasional beach swims are fine, but rinse with fresh water afterward.

• For best longevity, dry the bracelet thoroughly and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Intellectual Property

All bracelet designs, including knot patterns and our turtle symbol, are the intellectual property of Sandy Knots. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Sandy Knots is not responsible for any damage, irritation, or injury resulting from misuse or improper handling of our products.
